成田幸夫(岐阜成徳学園大学教育學部教授)

1970年畢業於愛知大學。曾擔任公立中小學教師、校長。在小學任教時，擔任研究主任，進行領導開放教育(個別化、個性化教育)的研究與實踐，是第一位在日本完成個性化教育課程。之後承擔中小學的個別化、個性化教育、學校改革、學校建築等內容。現任教育學部教授、研究所教授、實習支援中心長、 附屬幼‧小‧中學校部長、文部科學省「關於學校設施整備指針改訂的調查研究會議」、國立教育政策研究所「關於以後的學習空間的定位調查研究」委員、江戶川區中小學設計提案審查副委員長等。

Narita Yukio (Professor of Education, Gifu Shotoku Gakuen University)

After graduating from Aichi University in 1970, Professor Narita Yukio once served as a public primary and secondary school teacher and principal. While he was a teacher at a primary school, he served also as a research director and promoted both the research into and practice of individualized and personalized education. The individualized educational curriculum he developed was the first of its kind in Japan. Later on in his career, he focused on developing individualized and differentiated education for Japanese primary and secondary schools, while also promoting educational reform. Currently, he holds Professorships at both the College and the Graduate School of Education.
