Experimental Educator Training Project
In Taiwan, demand for experimental education is increasing, but there are not enough teachers to meet the demand in many settings. With the vigorous development of experimental education, the qualifications and quantity of on-site experimental educators needs to increase. College students prepared in traditional teacher training have difficulty transitioning to experimental education settings. It is challenging to cultivate future talents in small-scale experimental education groups. Teachers engaging in the transformation of experimental education in public schools face barriers to change.
