This comprehensive forum was held for enhancing the ability of administrative specialists and reviewers, while dealing with the procedures of “private management of public school” cases.
The forum's structure was divided into three sections: A. Theme Lectures (which were focused on laws and regulations, or actual examples), B. Group Discussion (which we provided an actual example for participants to practice), and C. Comprehensive Discussion.  We aimed at providing a platform where problems could be discussed.
