Instructions for ICEE 2019

Reminders about Check-in and Conference Affairs
1. Check-in is open at 8:45 A.M. on the first day / 8:30 A.M. on the second day
2. The agenda of ICEE, abstracts of Keynotes and paper presentation are available on our website，please see the following links:

Abstracts: coming soon (available a week before the conference)
3. The classroom of each session is noted on the agenda. Please choose the sessions you are interested in and head to there directly. The venue marked with an asterisk (*) signifies Mandarin-English simultaneous interpretation is prepared.
4. Please prepare a certificate or a card with clear Identification to borrow the infra-red headphones for listening to interpretation.
5. We provide the certificate of attendance for persons who attend fully. Please notify staffs of your need in advance at the reception and don’t forget to finish sign-in and sign-out.

7. Please come here by public transportation if possible. If you drive a car, we advise you to find nearby Wan-Xing underground parking-lot.
8. We will provide in total 160 meal tickets for lunch on each conference day. You will get the ticket according to the order when you check in at the reception counter. Because of limited budgets, we will advise you to find food near campus after our meal tickets are all given out.
9. Please remember to bring your own cups, containers and utensils for enjoying snacks during tea break. (Be aware that we won’t provide any disposable container or utensil on the spot)
10. If you have registered but will be absent because of unexpected incidents, please write an email to notify us in advance. Hope we can create a high-quality conference together.
