專題講者 2: Prof. Hernán Cuervo (澳洲墨爾本大學)
Hernan Cuervo是澳大利亞墨爾本大學教育學院的教授。他的研究項目圍繞著解決年輕人的公平與社會正義問題，尤其關注鄉村空間，涵蓋了鄉村教育、正義理論和青年研究等領域。在200多篇出版物、專題演講和簡報中，他對將正義理論（分配與認同）應用於鄉村學生和教師的經驗，以及有關學校到職場過渡中結構性不平等的學術辯論作出了貢獻，尤其是在鄉村社區中的年輕人。他最近的一些著作包括：“Understanding Social Justice in Rural Education”（Palgrave，2016）；以及“Thinking about Belonging in Youth Studies”（與Harris教授和Wyn教授合著，Palgrave，2021）。Cuervo教授曾是《應用青年研究期刊》（2019-2022）的主編，目前是《澳大利亞教育研究者》期刊以及《澳大利亞和國際鄉村教育期刊》的副編輯。

Dr Cath Gristy： 我是來自英國普利茅斯大學 (University of Plymouth)的學術研究人員，平時在校內教授大學部以及碩博研究所的課程。基於對於社會正義的信念，我的研究領域和興趣旨在改善青年、學校以及教師的生活。其中，我對於鄉村環境的教育尤感興趣，這項研究更使我與歐洲或其他國際間有關鄉村議題之研究有所聯繫，而我目前的研究則以小校、混齡教室以及受教權為主。作為一名具有研究所學習與研究之經歷的學校教師，更意味著我致力於發展更多的機會，讓教師可以參與在研究中。
