Consent of Personal Data"

The Taiwan Experimental Education Center (hereinafter referred to as "TEEC") obtains your personal data for the purpose of conducting relevant work of the TEEC (such as activities, seminars, forums, consensus camps, lectures, etc.). The collection, processing, and use of your personal data will be subject to the Personal Data Protection Act and relevant laws and regulations in Taiwan.

The personal data collected and used by the TEEC includes but is not limited to your name, gender, ID number (or residence permit number), date of birth, contact information (phone, email, address, information related to service units), etc.

You consent to the TEEC processing and using your personal data for its official duties. The period of utilization of your personal data by the Center shall be permanent from the date of collection, mainly within the territory of Taiwan, and certain personal data may be used for expanded purposes in other regions as required.

According to the Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to request the Center to: (1) access or review your personal data, (2) provide copies of your personal data, (3) request supplementation or correction of your personal data, (4) request cessation of collection, processing, and use, or (5) request deletion.

Any matters not covered by this consent form shall be handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act or other relevant regulations.
You understand that this consent form complies with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act and relevant regulations and constitutes written consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data by the Center.
